Logistics and Operations Associate I
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Logistics and Operations Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.
The Logistics and Operations Associate will manage customer accounts for RMA repair and upgrades, interface with customers, (internal and external regarding WIP units), enter data in DMS and Unity, and other duties as assigned.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support all departments including receiving, audit, shipping and recycling.
- Manage customer accounts of various sizes.
- Give status of units to customers, order parts as required, do quoting for out-of-warranty items.
- Interface with technicians on production floor to receive necessary updates.
- Move inventory to appropriate staging areas for further processing as per the statement of work.
- Verify asset counts, sort, and label product.

What We Are Looking For:
- Must have good computer skills (Excel and Word)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Associate's Degree in related field (Business, Logistics, Sales, HR, etc.) preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience using Oracle based systems is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$25.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
