Regional Director of Sales

Reports to: Vice President of Sales US

We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Regional Director of Sales based in California or Texas to join our team. You will focus on leading a commercial team to increase ARR across the Western Region of the US and Canada.

Remote option: For this position, we will consider remote applicants. #LI-Hybrid

On a typical day, you will:

  • Led Ardoq's Western region sales team co-ordinating the local extended Revenue teams including BDR, Solution Specialists, and Partners
  • Identify the highest propensity prospects in the region and develop and progress new pipeline
  • Secure and close incremental ARR in the region both directly and working with partners with a tailored approach depending on the market segment which may include Enterprise and Mid-market
  • Provide predictability on the forecast for incremental ARR using MEDDPIC
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure revenue recognition, collaborating with teams such as legal and InfoSec
  • Develop talent within the team, coach them to hit their own targets, ensure their career progression, and manage their performance

We imagine you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience leading a team of SaaS sellers, including collaborating with an extended team of BDRs, Solution Specialist and Partners
  • Experience with new business solution selling, including stakeholder engagement in complex large enterprises
  • Experience negotiating with accounts including procurement, legal, and privacy teams
  • Knowledge of the Western Region of North American territory, to inform our ICP and territory approach
  • Familiarity with a rigorous qualification and sales methodology approach, ideally MEDDPICC. Experience with reliable forecasting and ability to coach ICs to reflect their deal cycles
  • Hands-on experience directly and with the team with tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Forecasting (Clari), and Call recording (CoPilot)
