Team Summary
This person will support the implementation of Talent Development strategy through close collaboration with team leads, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You'll be responsible for designing and deploying impactful learning solutions that are aligned to business needs, with a strong focus on project execution, learner experience, and program effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to building a culture of continuous learning through thoughtful program design and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- • Be a contributing member of the Human Capital (HC) Team, and partner on Talent Development strategy.
• Execute learning programs (in-person, virtual, and digital) aligned to identified skill gaps, ensuring high learner engagement and smooth delivery. Manage timelines, communications, and logistics for learning initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors for program delivery, content design, and administrative processes like contracting and invoicing.
• Track key metrics (participation, feedback, learning impact) and support in deriving insights to be communicated to relevant stakeholders
• End-to-end management of the Learning Management System (LMS), and support in crafting engaging communications to promote upcoming programs/initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Development role with hands-on experience in program coordination, content design, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong program management skills
• Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with learning data to generate meaningful insights (Power BI)
• Exposure to learning design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise), LMS platforms.
