Arcesium seeks a talented PMO to join the Forward Deployed Data Strategy Team. This person will support Business Leader and Internal Stake Holders by leading and managing complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical initiatives that will help the firm achieve its growth and other strategic goals
What You'll Do
- Executing internal strategic projects by coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Creating, tracking, and coordinating complicated project plans that stay within scope and budget.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop messaging to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities.
- Executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Have ability to build strong relationships with strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Agile with sharp attention to detail, highly organized self-starter and out of the box thinker
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Prepare and manage the internal KPI.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of project management or consulting experience, preferably with a background in finance or technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in particular presentation abilities
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are mandatory. Experience in data modeling is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to manage expectations and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- This individual must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multi-task
