Position Summary

We are looking for bright and exceptional Lead Front End Engineers to join our Technology team. You will be involved in building complex next-generation software used by our clients and architecting solutions to support new technical and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and Build efficient and reusable User Interfaces for our Web Applications
• Identification of cutting-edge front-end technologies and driving their adoption in our Web Applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build scalable and intuitive solutions for Complex User Flows
• Identify and resolve Performance and Scalability Issues.

• 5+ Years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer in a technology firm.
• Proficiency in ES6 TypeScript versions of Javascript.
• Proficiency in the front-end framework React is required.
• Proficiency in state management frameworks like Redux, MobX.
• Hands-on experience in tuning and enhancing front-end Performance.
• Expertise in building Enterprise-grade front-end systems for complex User flows.
• Proficiency in building tools like WebPack, Babel.
• Functional experience of building and/or consuming APIs.
• Deep problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or, an equivalent course).
• Have a valid working permit to work in the country.
