Job Description
The Sourcing Partner is responsible for building and maintaining key talent pipelines by identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, applicant tracking system and professional networks. The Sourcing Partner will collaborate with recruiting and business partners to determine skill requirements and build talent pipelines to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. A successful Sourcing Partner will thrive in a fast paced environment, be insights driven and will draw on extensive knowledge on functional areas of the business and market knowledge to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Candidate Identification: Proactively search for potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, Boolean searches, and professional networks.

• Candidate Screening: Conduct screening of sourced candidates where applicable
• Engagement: Interact with potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and recruiting emails to generate interest in job openings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as conversion rates and time-to-fill, to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in recruitment.
• Skills:
o Strong networking abilities and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
