Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from international cuisines, including (but not limited to) Asian, Mediterranean, African, Latin American, and Middle Eastern traditions.
• Develop and contribute to new menu items that highlight authentic ingredients and regional cooking methods.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards across all dishes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen, complying with local food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving supplies specific to global ingredients.
• Follow recipes and prep guidelines, while also contributing creative input and adapting based on seasonal availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2?4 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in international or fusion kitchens.
• Deep familiarity with at least 2 or more world cuisines, including techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food presentation.
• Experience with menu development and plating design is a plus.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
