Job Description

The Premium Supervisor supports the premium department in running successful events within the exclusive premium areas throughout the stadium (Including Breckenridge Bourbon Club, United Clubs, Bud Light Champion Club). Events include VIP Broncos events, Holiday Parties, Corporate Events and more!

The Premium Supervisor supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies for the event. Serving guests during the event and breaking down / cleaning up after the end of an event.

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guests' expectations. Must be extremely detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Must be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • ? Oversee operations of assigned areas during premium events in areas such as the newly renovated Breckenridge Bourbon Club, Bud Light Champions Club, United Club Level and others as needed.

    ? Interact with VIP clients and guests, as necessary.

    ? Identifying customers? needs and responding proactively to concerns with a sense of urgency.

    ? Ensure all premium event spaces, pantries, etc. are properly set and ready for each event.

    ? Ensure all premium events spaces are clean, organized, and maintain par levels.

    ? Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel, promote employee growth, efficiency, morale and teamwork.

    ? Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.

    • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages.

    • Enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.

    • Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and other standard operating procedures.

    • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product.

    • Follow and encourage premium team members to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

    • Verification of rentals, food, supplies, beverage, etc. has been received in accordance to Event Orders, Transfers, etc.

    • Work directly with Warehouse and Culinary in a professional and productive manner to ensure all service needs are met.

    • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
  • Customer service and communication.
  • Fast paced problem solving.
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Organized and ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Must be able to read and maintain information.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Service industry experience preferred.

Physical:

  • Able to move fast and act on assigned duties.
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time.
  • Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with Premium service and standards.
  • Report for scheduled shifts on time.
  • Uphold staff to the highest level of service standards and performance, including implementation and follow-through of SOPs .
  • Manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete delegated tasks in a prompt and organized manner.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with Aramark Management.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Catering Standards for enhanced execution.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $22. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
