Payroll & Account Receivable Administrator

The Payroll & Accounts Receivable administrator will perform tasks to accurately pay employees, consistently manage account reconciliation, and resolve any disputes. This position leads the research and resolution of location payroll issues for hourly Kitchen Staff. This position also supports accounts receivable and administrative needs of the business as assigned. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, creative thinking, ability to be comfortable managing confidential information, collaborating with administration and Senior Leadership to meet the needs of the business.

  • Conduct daily review of timeclock punches in preparation for processing payroll for 250 employees.
  • Distribute employee Id numbers, update schedules, missed punches, absences.
  • Track holidays, sick time, and paid time off for all hourly employees.
  • Submit manual checks and payroll adjustments to payment services as needed.
  • Analyze, resolve, and correct pre and post payroll issues by accessing information in multiple HR systems.
  • Assist employees with accessing MyPay. Triage general inquires to better understand and resolve employee concerns.
  • Track Perfect Attendance and Referral Programs and manage payout ensuring accuracy and consistent processing.
  • Manage account reconciliations, manage invoices, cash reports, maintain records and resolve billing disputes.
  • Participate in onboarding process for new hires and new managers including but not limited to setting up email, MyPay access, Concur Access, and Prima.
  • Administration organizational transitions (transfers, terminations, and new hires). Process organizational changes in Kronos.
  • Flexibility to extend hours to meet the needs of the business and willingness to support kitchen operations as needed.
  • Support the administrative functions for the Finance and Human Resource departments and any special projects as assigned.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee matters in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of payroll related experience.
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel.
  • Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the company to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently to resolves issues pro-actively with limited supervision.
  • Must be a strong teammate, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Kronos experience is preferred.
  • English and Spanish language is preferred.

The role may have physical demands including. But not limited to lifting bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking or standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
