About Beckie?s Restaurant at Union Creek Resort
Serving since 1926, Beckie?s Café is famous for good reason: delicious, home-style food, great service, an awesome location just minutes from Crater Lake National Park, and our celebrated Beckie?s pies, made fresh daily. Beckie?s ? and Union Creek Resort ? are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Beckie?s features both traditional and unique meals and appetizers for any time of day. Breakfast features country-fried steak, sirloin steak and eggs, biscuits and country gravy, hearty omelets, hot cakes, and French toast. For lunch and dinner, we serve a variety of soups and salads, burgers, sandwiches, baskets, and full entrées ? including rib-eye steak, ground sirloin steak with sautéed mushrooms and onions, pork chops, and more.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
The start date for this position is tentatively May 5th, 2024.
Job Responsibilities
? Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
? Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
? Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
? Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
? Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
? Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
? Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
? Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
? Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
? Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
