IT Sr Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Analytics expert to join our team. This role is critical in
identifying opportunities that drive strategic decision-making as well as hands-on development of integrations, analytical and agentic solutions that deliver measurable client, consumer, and enterprise value.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust conceptual understanding and practical experience developing data centric solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation
? Analyze large data sets metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights
? Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to optimize productivity
? Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner to senior management and stakeholders

Strategy and Leadership
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and solutions with organizational goals and strategies
? Contribute to and execute a data strategy to enable enhanced client solutions

Reporting and Visualization
? Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into metrics and performance indicators
? Ensure data visualizations are user-friendly, accurately represented, and accessible to non-technical stakeholders
? Regularly update and refine tools and methodologies to stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements

Data Management and Governance
? Integrate of data from various enterprise and client sources and ensuring integrity, reliability, security, and extensibility
? Implement data quality assurance processes to identify and rectify data anomalies and discrepancies

Qualifications

Qualifications
? Minimum of 5 years of experience with data solutions architecture and analytics
? Proven track record of delivering value through impactful insights and solutions
? Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions using various foundation models, including the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) features
? Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
