Job Description

We're looking for a talented IT Project Management Coordinator to join our team in Westport, CT.

The IT Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our technology systems and network. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our platforms and systems. Provides support to the staff and management. Responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software. They will lead projects including, but not limited to, technical resources, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendor representatives and Business Analysts to achieve the stated goals of assigned projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and timely issue resolution to ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate IT operations ensuring that hardware, software, and network infrastructure are functioning optimally. Work with vendor and internal support as needed.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and best practices across all platforms to safeguard data and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance services and streamline operations.
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedule.
  • Monitor system and network performance.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in related field; or a minimum of two years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations, communications, external vendors, and project deliverables
  • Previous experience technical / project coordinator role
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.
  • Familiar with a wide range of software and hardware
  • Able to handle and coordinate large projects over the course of weeks / months.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
