Job Description
The Employee Housing Coordinator plays a key administrative and operational support role within the Housing Department at Yosemite National Park. This position assists the Housing Managers in the day-to-day management of employee housing, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate housing operations. Duties include maintaining records, supporting check-in/check-out processes, tracking payroll deductions, updating housing systems, and providing exceptional service to employees and team members.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $18 to $21. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Housing Management with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain organized and accurate housing logs and databases.
- Prepare reports and housing metrics as needed.
- Coordinate communication with employees regarding housing updates, assignments, and policy reminders.
- Update and manage housing systems, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Track and maintain housing assignment records, move-in/move-out documentation, and inspection logs.
- Monitor and update payroll deduction records for housing fees in coordination with HR and Payroll departments.
- Support check-in and check-out processes for seasonal and full-time employees.
- Prepare and distribute housing assignments and welcome materials,
- Conduct housing orientations and assist with facility tours when needed.
- Support inventory control of housing keys, furniture, and supplies.
- Assist in inspections and record keeping related to evaluations as assigned.
- May support other departments within Employee Services including Employee Recreation and Uniforms as assigned by management.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on housing resources.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1?2 years of administrative or housing operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with housing/property management software a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote or park setting.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
