Starting Pay: $50,000-$55,000 (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
Lead with Purpose
? Inspire and develop your team using Aramark?s coaching model
? Recognize and reward team achievements
? Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
Drive Impact
? Oversee a culinary training program for incarcerated individuals
? Help participants gain real-world food service experience and certifications
? Support successful reentry by preparing individuals for employment
Deliver Results
? Manage food service operations and financial performance
? Monitor inventory, labor, and quality standards
? Collaborate with clients and correctional staff to meet shared goals
Qualifications
? 1+ year of food service management experience
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
? Passion for mentorship and community impact
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
