As the Human Resources Specialist for the Collegiate Hospitality Line of Business (LOB) within the A2L Program, you will report directly to the LOB Human Resources Director and play a key role in supporting both strategic HR initiatives and operational HR needs. This unique role blends line of business HR responsibilities with in-field exposure, working closely with functional leaders as well as operational leadership teams across campuses. You will also support/lead multiple HR Imperatives that directly impact business performance, employee engagement, and leadership development. As part of the A2L Program, the ideal candidate will be open to relocation at the conclusion of the program to assume a full-time leadership role, provided performance meets or exceeds expectations. Compensation

The salary rate for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, the employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any ?me and for any reason, including, but not limited to, reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Regional HR Directors and work under the direct supervision of the LOB HR Director to execute HR strategies, initiatives, and HR Imperatives for the Collegiate Hospitality line of business.
  • Assist the LOB HR Director in planning, coordinating, and delivering HR Imperatives that drive engagement, retention, talent development, and operational excellence across the business.
  • Lead and coordinate the Talent Acquisition (TA) Mobilization Process for the line ofbusiness, including:
  • Notifying the TA Mobilization Team and Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) of awarded business and any associated labor conversion requirements.
  • Overseeing profit center setup in payroll systems and ensuring compliance with adjudication and background check requirements.
  • Organizing and facilitating weekly and bi-weekly kickoff and calibration calls to align stakeholders on account timing, scope, and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure mobilization processes are executed seamlessly, on time, and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of communication between HR and operational leaders, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate stages of mobilization.
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases with accurate employee information, including contact details, employment forms, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support and coordinate Regional HR initiatives and events, such as line of business
    leadership meetings, career fairs, recognition programs, and employee development opportunities.
  • Partner with field leadership teams to address workforce needs, providing hands-on HR support during key and staffing efforts.
  • Travel to various campus locations as needed to assist with mobilization, HR Imperatives, and other field-based HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and writien communication skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior participation in Aramark?s S2L or A2L Program, an HR internship, or experiential training preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to support operational teams.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate at the end of the program to accept a full-time role,contingent on performance meeting or exceeding expectations.
