Major Accountabilities:
- Workday administration.
- Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Payroll data preparation.
- Personnel administration.
- Reporting - payroll and personnel data.
- Supervision of employee's personal files .
- Supervision of employee's liabilities and communication with debt collectors.
- Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance.
- Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.
- Participation in HR Projects.
- Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
- Conducting standard HR processes - onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.
Funciones Principales:
- Publicar vacantes y realizar entrevistas para personal operativo y técnico.
- Coordinar ferias de empleo, convenios con bolsas de trabajo y relaciones con instituciones educativas.
- Aplicar pruebas psicométricas y técnicas, y elaborar reportes de candidatos.
- Dar seguimiento a contratos, renovaciones y bajas de personal.
- Apoyar en la atención y resolución de conflictos laborales.
- Elaborar actas administrativas y dar seguimiento a medidas disciplinarias.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas en temas laborales.
- Mantener actualizados los expedientes del personal.
- Apoyar en la implementación de programas de bienestar y clima laboral.

Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Técnico en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o carrera afín.
Experiencia: Mínimo 1-2 años en reclutamiento y relaciones laborales, preferentemente en industria manufacturera o automotriz.
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Legislación laboral básica.
- Técnicas de entrevista y evaluación de candidatos.
- Manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento (OCC, Computrabajo, etc.).
- Procesos administrativos de personal.
Habilidades:
- Comunicación asertiva.
- Organización y seguimiento.
- Empatía y trato con el personal.
- Trabajo en equipo y bajo presión.
- Idioma Inglés Intermedio
