This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll help attract and hire the engineers, operations experts, and professionals who design, build, and deliver the advanced wiring and connection systems enabling safer, smarter, and more sustainable mobility.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor and business partner, combining market intelligence, data, and creativity to build high-performing teams that drive growth across regions. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic advisor for all Talent Acquisition needs across engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
- Partner with HR and functional leaders to translate business plans into workforce actions and hiring strategies.
- Build targeted sourcing pipelines for critical skill areas such as electrical design, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
- Embed within key teams to understand plant operations, technical requirements, and business priorities.
- Leverage data, analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
- Ensure process excellence, data accuracy, and compliance with Aptiv standards and regulations.

Qualifications
Basic:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Experience using a modern ATS (Workday Recruit preferred)
Preferred:
- Proven ability to source and close technical and manufacturing talent across the USA and beyond
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing environments and labor market dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Data-driven, proactive, and adaptable - able to navigate a global matrix organization
- Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement in Talent AcquisitionNA
