Your Background:
- Graduate or post-graduate in technical background.
- 8-10 yrs of experience in Scrum Master.
- Manage the configuration of software and firmware components, ensuring adherence to configuration management best practices and standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines, track changes, and manage version control for integrated software builds.
- Automate build, integration, testing, and deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Utilize tools like CANoe, Trace32, and Lauterbach for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-time debugging of integrated software in automotive environments.
- Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) process for software integration and build activities, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with project managers, software developers, testers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and objectives, driving alignment and accountability across teams.
- Apply knowledge of the automotive product development process, including standards like ASPICE, to guide integration and build activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Manage the selection, deployment, and maintenance of toolchains and development environments for software integration and build activities.
- Define and enforce configuration management policies and procedures for integrated software builds, ensuring consistency, reliability, and traceability of software artifacts throughout the development lifecycle.
- Establish access controls and permissions for version control repositories and configuration management tools, safeguarding the integrity and security of software assets.
