Your Role:

• Lead a team of Advanced Quality Team to ensure that all new parts and changes to parts meet part approval requirements and parts production readiness
• Lead a team of Supplier Quality Team in continuous improvement of purchased parts quality including warranty improvement and problem resolution for the division. Implement production Cycle of SPDP
• Support PML and responsible for overall Parts Quality issues
• Lead the team on driving reduction in PML Customer Impact, Warranty returns, Linepull due to Parts Quality
• AQE (Mechanical, Chemical, Lens and Displays)
• Implement APQP for suppliers in region
• Achieve PPAP goals for parts approval
• Facilitate AQE roles as an extended resource of Global team
• Support engineering and buyers for new program launch
• Provide safe launch plan for critical parts in new program
• Provide support for global on-site audits

• Implement SPDP for suppliers in region
• Drive parts zero defect improvement via an established process
• Support "absolute zero" launch through error-proofing

• 4 years degree (Bachelor Degree) with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Lens Optics is preferred
• IATF16949 certified is preferred
• Able to cope with new / difficult / additional responsibility with short notice
• Functions independently without supervision and technical guidance
• Able to develop and motivate people
• Able to lead teams and work with other Aptiv divisions
• Able to set priorities and adjust workload within the group
• Advanced SPC techniques
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and engineering systems associated with part readiness
• Ability to facilitate conflict situations and keep high management informed appropriately
• Demonstrate and able to train others on relevant Supply Chain Management procedures and knowledge of relevant corporate procedure
