Supervisor OpEx

The Operational Excellence Supervisor is responsible for executing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives at the plant level, aligned with the company's Enterprise Operating System (EOS). This role works closely with operational teams to implement Lean tools, facilitate Kaizen events, and ensure the sustainability of improvements. Reports directly to the Operational Excellence Manager

Your Role

• Execute continuous improvement projects defined by the Operational Excellence area.

• Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen events with shop floor teams.

• Follow up on improvement actions across different operational areas.

• Support the implementation of Lean tools (5S, SMED, VSM, etc.).

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions.

• Train shop floor personnel in basic continuous improvement tools.

• Document and standardize improved processes.

• Ensure proper execution of projects tracked in ECIP.

• Promote Lean culture in daily operations.

Your Background

• Lean Manufacturing tools.

• Data analysis and KPI interpretation.

• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis software.

• Technical English (preferred).

• Analytical thinking. • Effective communication.

• Teamwork and collaboration.

• Results-oriented.

• Proactivity and sense of urgency.

• Facilitation and leadership skills with operational teams.
