Sr. Program Mgmt. Specialist. Troy, MI. Oversee/facilitate execution manufacturing programs for automotive power and signal distribution systems. Lead multifunctional teams to execute product development processes. Lead program initiatives to improve delivery, quality, and financial performance. Assess and manage program execution and escalate issues. Solve issues. Regularly review program status and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Position requires travel 4x/year to Mexico. Requires bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field and two years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive industry. Experience must include: leading multiple plants and teams, creating KPM workbooks for project development/tracking, developing launch plans for new technology programs, supporting project launches, and applying PPAP.
