Your Role

You will be responsible for gathering Software level requirements from customer, prepare test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases and execute Software testing in vehicle or system labs. Therefore, deep understanding on automotive infotainment domain, standards, Software/hardware architecture are essential

• Develop and Maintain Functional /Sanity/Stability and Performance test scripts and test cases
• Execution of Functional /Sanity/Stability and Performance test
• Track system performance for memory and timing with quantifiable metrics and resolve technical issues related to test environment and setup
• Provide Test execution, Defect logging, Log analysis/capture and report preparation
• Ensure the test coverage, Implement automation solutions, Improve testing efficiency, Maintain documentation and Work as part of an agile team on leading edge technologies
• Facilitate better communication between testing and development team

• 2-5 years of experience in Automotive Infotainment Systems testing
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Infotainment System Architecture (Software and Hardware)
• Experience in functional requirement analysis and functional level test case preparation
• Experience in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Environment setting, Test Designing Using test and automation tools. Working experience in Test bench and Vehicle testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages like python (Preferred), C#
• Familiarity in Testing application for Camera, Audio, Android etc
• Proficient understanding of Source code version tools such as Git, SVN
• Experience working in a highly agile distributed team
• Understanding and experience in CAN devices is a plus
• Working knowledge of QNX/LINUX or other embedded operating system
