Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's cybersecurity infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and protection of our systems and data assets.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and architecture.
• Recommend security controls and identify solutions that support a business objective
• Design and implement security solutions, including next generation firewalls (including intrusion detection and prevention systems, cloud, application, encryption, and identity and access management.
• Advise on important security-related technologies and assess the risk associated with proposed changes Identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies to proactively protect our organization.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
• Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture, and develop a security risk management plan.
• Evaluate architectures and designs to determine the adequacy of security design and architecture proposed or provided.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SANS.
• Knowledge of the next generation firewall concepts and functions (e.g., Single point of authentication/audit/policy enforcement, message scanning for malicious content, data loss protection scanning, accelerated cryptographic operations, SSL security)
• Knowledge about modern IAM methods and technologies
• Knowledge about SASE security models and design principles
• Knowledge about Cloud security principals for IaaS and PaaS
• Knowledge of the enterprise information technology (IT) architectural concepts
• Good understand around Zero Trust principles and to have Zero Trust by design.
• Deep knowledge of security controls used in cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, TISAX, CMMC 2.0.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of modern OT security concepts for Industry 4.0 or Factory of the future.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
