YOUR ROLE
In your daily job you will:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the global automotive industry.
- Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall corporate goals.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Track and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure effective implementation of business development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance business performance.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Strategic collaboration and stakeholder management; Leadership and team alignment capabilities
- Deep understanding of regional strategy and AS&UX product roadmap
- Highly proficient in excel for financial target setting and version control
- Understanding of financial modeling, business case development and P&L impacts
- 5+ years experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Product, Finance)
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal), fluent in english
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team leadership and motivation skills
