We are currently seeking for 2 Sales Account Managers to join our modern and beautiful office in Lisbon & to work for our '' Electrical Distribution Systems'' Business Unit.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, responsible for managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales responsibility for our customer ''John Deere'' in the product area of "Electrical distribution Systems''
  • Development and implementation of innovative concepts to tap into market potential in the area of electrification
  • Acquisition of pre-development projects and series orders
  • Management of inquiry processes from tendering to completion, including contract negotiation / approvals
  • Leading negotiations regarding all commercial issues with the customer
  • Maintaining a positive customer relationship as the first point of contact and ensuring the high quality of statements and information exchanged
  • Further development of the sales account with regard to approval and coordination processes and maintenance of relevant sales information
  • Management of ongoing development and series projects

Your Background:

  • Bachelor degree and/or Master's degree in Technology or Business (or similar) with at least 3 - 5 years of customer service and project management experience Sales
  • A solid understanding of commercial processes is an asset
  • Active sales network with an OEM; John Deere is an advantage
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills, great personal responsibility as well as a customer oriented.
  • Flexible way of working and willingness to travel
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions, strategic thinking
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills in English , any other language will be a plus.
