Regional Medical Supervisor

The Regional Medical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating medical and health-related initiatives across the region. This role ensures compliance with legal and corporate health standards, promotes a culture of industrial health and safety, and supports employee well-being through proactive medical supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Social Security requirements, including Premium Risk management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Health Care Programs tailored to employee needs.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions related to occupational health and safety.
• Manage and assess Occupational Exposure risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote and evaluate Ergonomics practices in the workplace.
• Identify and address Psychosocial Risk Factors affecting employee health.
• Supervise canteen hygiene and safety to ensure food service standards are met.
• Oversee First Aid readiness and response across facilities.
• Support and reinforce the Industrial Health & Safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with legal regulations and corporate health policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health or Safety (preferred).
• Experience in industrial or corporate health environments.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional health initiatives.
