Quality Engineer

Main Job Responsibilities
主要工作职责
- Participate in the early development of new projects and collect customer demands;
参与新项目前期开发，收集客户对于产品各方面的要求;
- Convey customer requirements to project members and organize training;
将客户要求转告至项目相关人员，并做适当培训;
- Evaluate the necessary of inspection gauges for the project and provide relevant inspection gauges on time;
评估项目中所需的质量检具，按时提供相关检具;
- For the development of replicated tooling, collect quality issues of old tooling and provide them to the tooling center plant as references;
对于复制模开发，收集老模的质量问题，提供给模具工厂开模做参考;
- Track the project progress with the project manager, monitor the timelines of each phase;
与项目经理一起跟踪项目进度，监控项目各阶段的时间节点;
- Monitor quality risks in the project and provide timely alerts when quality risks are identified;
监控项目中的质量风险并及时报警;
- Lead the analysis, tracking, resolving, and closing of quality issues at both customer side and internal stages of the project;
主导项目阶段客户端及内部质量问题分析，跟踪，解决，关闭
- Develop and issue quality control documents for new products and organize training of internal personnel;
制定并发行新产品的质量管控文件及培训内部人员管控方法;
- Monitor the completion of the special characteristics checklist and check the actual implementation;
- 监控特殊特性清单的完成并检查实际落实情况;
- On-site tracking and ensuring the continuous production of the *** batch of new products;
现场监督并确保新产品的首批可连续性生产
- Before the internal PPAP approval, track and obtain the customer's trial validation approval;
内部PPAP批准前，跟踪并获得客户端的试装验证批复;
- Track and handle quality issues of new products for 3 months after mass production with flow5 QE;
项目量产后与后期质量一起跟踪处理3个月新产品的质量问题;
- Participate in the audit of the customer's PPAP production process or the initial mass production process for new projects.
参与客户对于新项目PPAP生产的过程或首次量产过程的审核.

Main Job Requirements
主要任职条件
- Bachelor's degree or above;
大学本科及以上学历;
- More than 5 years of quality work experience in the automotive industry;
5年以上汽车行业质量工作经验;
- Familiar with QC quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc.;
熟悉PPAP, MSA, SPC，8D等QC质量工具;
- Good English communication and coordination skills;
良好的英语沟通能力和协调能力;
- Familiar with injection molding process and quality issues are preferred.
熟悉塑料件注塑质量问题者优先.
