Position Summary
- To understand customer requirement/expectations and coordinate all customer relations
- Leading problem solving activities and the improvement teams based on internal failures and customer complaint results
- Being the link with the customer support team, supplier quality development and product engineering team in the plant
- Quality information reporting and analysis
- Developing and implementing improvement plans and monitor effectiveness
- Being part of the product development team to assure all quality deliverable for new business, model changes and business transfers
- Controlling part approval documentation (PPAP)

Your Background
- Engineering degree (Industrial ,Mechanical, Electric, Electronic or equivalent )
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Min 1-2 years of experience in related field, preferable in OEM or Tier1 suppliers in Automotive Industry
- Having experience in a sub-supplier with OEM is an asset.
- Knowledge of IATF , FMEA, PPAP , 8D , and preferable 5why Fish bone, 6 Sigma problem solving methodologies
- Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams
- Strong analytical ability
- No travel restriction
