YOUR ROLE

As Proto SCM Cop Leader on our team:

In your daily job you will:

• Review and process sales orders forwarded by Aptiv Account Managers
• Interface with Aptiv Account Managers to resolve any PO issues
• Respond to sales inquiries regarding prototype orders
• Create prototype sales orders in SAP
• Create Delivery and Shipment documents in SAP when requested by Project Mgrs
• Create Prototype barcode labels and customer labels in SAP for shipments
• Coordination of PTA Incoming and outgoing products or components.
• Supporting role procure proto build parts and material via SAP, Credit Card, or from other APTIV plants or suppliers
• Supporting role Planification in Proto Lab production in conjunction with PRM, raising hand in any miscommunication, GPRIs.
• Planification on EDI with customer deliveries.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree terminated
• English level advanced
• Experience in the similar position (minimum 5 years)
  Knowledge in SAP / EDI, MRP
• Strong communication and planning with program team for delivery of the orders to direct customers.
• Support for procurement of components with global replenishment.
• Coordinate the prototype warehouse with the help for the Procurement Manager. Leading the team to avoid lack of components and fail in planning.
