YOUR ROLE

As a Program Manager on our team, you'll coordinate major projects to ensure timing, cost, and quality requirements are achieved. Projects are assigned by the Executive Steering Team. Has the authority to take any appropriate action to ensure timing and cost control of new product programs.

In your daily job you will:

• Coordinator of projects to ensure timing, cost, and quality requirements are achieved.
• Assure the establishment of program timing charts.
• Plan and implement program kick-off and review meetings.
• Coordinate transfers of projects from other plants
• Manage the progress of programs and identify roadblocks while elevating, evaluating, and assuring a solution.
• Must coordinate the efforts of all departments involved in a program to resolve obstacles
• Reports to the Regional MVL Executive Steering Team the status of all major programs
• Plan and implement program kick-off and review meetings.
• Approve internal timings to meet customer milestones
• Take any appropriate action to ensure the timing and cost control of programs
• Coordinate transfers
• Stop and report all activity/decision that compromises the health and security of workers and environmental contamination

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years related experience
• Proficiency in English level
• Advance Excel
• Analytics
• Problem solving
