Production Apprentice
This role will be supporting the Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Production Control & Logistics areas. We are seeking motivated individuals who have a passion for technology for our Apprenticeship program. A college degree is not a requirement for this program. Individuals in the Production path will get hands-on training, where they will learn the skills to support the Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Production Control and Logistics Teams at the Plant 11 Metal Stamping facility.
Responsibilities:
• Read and understand blueprints to identify conforming and non-conforming parts.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers on quality issues and responding to customer complaints.

• Focus on warehouse inventories by assisting managers schedule production runs and tracking in bound and out bound shipments of material.
• Conduct cycle checks to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained.
• Assist the team with additional assigned tasks.
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):
• High school diploma
• Availability to work on site in Warren, OH 40 hours per week
• Availability for target start date of apprentice cycle in March or April 2024
• High energy with interest and dedication to learn technical skillsets
• Passion and interest in career in STEM
