YOUR ROLE

As a Quality Manager on our team, you'll:

• Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals
• Provide clear leadership for the development of an environment that is delivering Quality
• Ensure quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system (including: IATF 16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans and oversee continued EOS compliance.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers
• Work proactively with all Managers, Supervisors and Employees, to maintain a continuous improvement approach within their areas of responsibility. Lead the problem solving methodology and build on quality culture.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Preferable 3 years engineering or quality management experience
• Team building skills
• Communication skills
• Customer oriented
• Good analytical skills to ensure effective analysis of customer complaints and internal quality problems.
• Knowledge of VDA/AIAG standards
• Knowledge of customer requirements
• Fluent in English
