Signal & Power Solutions reflects the growing significance of next-generation architectures with high-speed data and electrical power distribution as the foundation necessary for future mobility. We supply "the nervous system" of the vehicle, providing the complete design, manufacturing, and assembly of vehicle electrical systems. This includes wiring harnesses, connection systems and cable management solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as business partner to Plant Manager and other functions at plant
    • Highlight and develop Financial KPI and provide guidance to meet financials target
    • Develop project business case for decision making process
  • As Budget - business plan - Forecast detail development
    • Preparation with Functional leader support and review with the management of the budget/forecast
    • Supervision Preparation of the standard reporting, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis
  • Accounting controlling / month end closing activities
    • Approval of the manual journal entries and supporting documentation
    • Approval of the reserve on site
    • Supervision Cost center - profit center accounting structure maintenance, accounting check and analysis in accordance to the accounting rules
    • Present monthly Result, budget/forecast variances and ad-hoc analysis
    • Final validation on the TB submission
    • US GAAP Reviewer far the closing process under the delegation and approval of the Divisional Controller
  • Financial reporting
    • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages including analytical analyses
    • Check of the report requirements and due dates
    • Coordinate preparation and submission of the Divisionally required reports
    • Coordinate preparation and distribution of the internal reporting
    • COQ reporting and reference
    • Coordinate appropriate follow up in order to get the needed level of approval (Change Review Board, 1802, DPRG)
  • Account reconciliation plant
    • Approval of the account reconciliation, support documentation
    • Coordinate resolution of pending reconciliation items
  • Site Expenses approver
    • Purchase requisition
    • Petty Cash

Your Background

  • Education: Economical Degree
  • Experience in plant controlling
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Technical skills:
    • Administration and controlling tools, methodologies
    • Corporate guidelines
  • Basic Qualification

    • Accuracy, reliability
