Plant Controller

Position Summary

Responsible of planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision-making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the site's financial information in accordance with group and division policies.

Your Role

• Financial analysis, planning and reporting (Month result, Weekly Financial Flash, Monthly Forecast, Budget).
• Financial Reporting, overseeing the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Responsible for complete costing process.
• KPIs development, monitoring, and control.
• Operational and financial internal controls, development, monitoring, and control.
• Investment projects process control - CAPEX.
• Coordinate & supervise Month end Close Process.
• Legal representation and knowledge in legal and business matters by signing contracts, conducting transactions, and fulfilling entity obligations
• Responsible of the technical development plan career of people on his charge

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance or similar area.
• More than 5 years of experience in the position
• English Advanced level
• Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes.
• Budgeting & forecasting process.
• Cost accounting and costing process.
• Internal Control (Financial and operational).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis.
