We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret human resources data to optimize HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional passionate about leveraging analytics to improve organizational outcomes.
Your role
- Collect and compile HR data from various sources, primarily Workday
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in HR processes and initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboard (Power BI) and reports for HR/Business leadership and stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of HR metrics and analytics strategies
- Collaborate with global HR teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation checks

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, VBA, Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with HR systems (Workday would be an asset) and data tools
- Clear and effective communication
- Creative problem-solving abilities
