YOUR ROLE
As a PC&L Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for the supervision of a group of medium-sized employees who have subordinates, where the coordination of various activities is involved. Responsible for the administration and direction of various activities and functions of the materials department. These may include: reception, handling and production, programming of materials, storage and distribution, as well as control and disposal of waste and obsolete materials. The work is difficult and complicated, which requires a high degree of practical judgment.

In your daily job, you will:
- Complete the evaluation of their group on time (My Core / PBP).
- Assists in analyzing and solving complex problems.
- Help in obtaining resources to effectively carry out the activities of the materials department.
- Supports the implementation of material systems.
- Maintains communication with customers, suppliers, and other people within Aptiv.
- Comply with departmental, plant, and business objectives.
- Comply with the layered audit, if it applies.
- Comply with CT_PAT Guidelines and process
- Ensure the compliance of the materials system without mistakes
- Comply with internal control guidelines and procedures
- Ensure that the material handled within the plant is the right one
- Assure inventory days and inventory cost, material must comply with quantity and time
- Assure correct shipping according to customer expectations and budgeted sales
- Customer attention
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree
- +10 years of experience in SCM, PC&L, or related field
- Experience working in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced SAP
- APICS Certification is preferred
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Effective organizational and learning skills.
