YOUR ROLE:
As a PC&L Manager you will lead our Plant Production Control & Logistics team in Tatabanya. In this prestigious role, you will oversee supply chain operations, implement effective problem-solving strategies, ensure production continuity, and manage logistics costs to drive operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-10 professionals within the PC&L department, implementing appropriate headcount and structure
- Performance Management: Achieve defined targets including budget, DIO, inventory management, premium freight, E&O, customer complaints, and IPM
- Lean Implementation: Drive and monitor Lean Operating Systems including Scheduling, Ordering, Manufacturing Connections, and Logistics
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor SQDIPK PC&L related metrics and ensure corrective actions are defined and executed
- Project Management: Oversee project transitions, business transfers, and MYC with focus on PC&L process impacts
- Team Development: Implement training & certification processes while continuously developing team capabilities
- Health & Safety: Ensure proper execution of H&S procedures in all PC&L areas

Your Background :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with operational expertise justified with minimum 5 years' experience in a PC&L supervisory position within automotive.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics & supply chain processes including inventory management
- Fluent communication skills in English - additional language skills are advantageous. Hungarian language is mandatory.
- Strong managerial skills: organized, able to delegate, motivate and coach a team
- Results-oriented with ability to transfer knowledge and make decisive decisions
- Skilled at building networks and relationships
