YOUR ROLE:
- Provide support on compensation programs and practices, including merit, bonus, equity, and promotion cycles.
- Assist in the design and execution of incentive programs that reflect current market trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a global job architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure effective administration of compensation processes and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll) and external vendors to manage compensation operations and reporting.
- Analyze market data and contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation survey submissions.
- Prepare and deliver job analysis, pay structure recommendations, and compensation summaries for internal decision-making.
- Stay informed on compensation-related legislation and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or total rewards, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compensation strategies in Italy
- Experience with job architecture frameworks, merit cycles, bonus structures, and incentive plan design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Zuchetti )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
