Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data, from collection to preprocessing, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Conduct data preparation and preprocessing tasks, including data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment.
• Implement and manage KPI monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.
• Continuously assess and improve data management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with ML Engineers to translate user requirements and understand data requirements, KPIs, and design functional dashboard prototypes with help from Dashboard specialists
• Lead dashboard specialists to implement interactive and responsive dashboards using modern web technologies and frameworks, including Kibana, Prometheus, xViz, and Streamlit.
• Ensure that dashboards are visually appealing, intuitive to use, and accessible across different devices and platforms.
• Present KPI reports to leadership for review periodically that will help highlight quality of ML models in development
• Configure and customize dashboards using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to visualize and analyze log data, metrics, and other sources of information.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from stakeholders to iteratively improve dashboard design and functionality.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field with at least 3+ years with project and people management and overall experience of 8+ years
• Proven experience in data management, including data acquisition, storage, preprocessing, and governance.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001, and experience implementing data security measures.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for data manipulation and analysis, such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and experience building interactive web applications or dashboards.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks, including Kibana, Prometheus, xViz, Streamlit, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and configuring dashboards for log and metric analysis.
