YOUR ROLE

As Methods Engineering Supervisor on our team, you will: He is responsible for overseeing the management of the work team's processes and/or disciplines under his or her responsibility. He is also responsible for pre-planning, coordinating, and implementing pilot stages, model year changes, engineering changes, permits, improvements, and any changes to the manufacturing process. He also ensures compliance with the EOS system, BIQ, engineering requirements, and department disciplines. He is accountable for the activities and results of his or her staff.

In your daily job you will:

• Pre-planning and implementation of model year changes, pilots, engineering changes, permits, improvements, and PTR runs.
• Monitoring of controls (changes, permits, and control updates 17-19, 18, and 28).
• Monitoring and compliance with EOS/BIQ systems.
• Monitoring and compliance with safety rules and the 5s.
• Monitoring and compliance with Ergonomics.
• Compliance and follow-up with PFMEAS, Customer Complaints, Reverse PFMEA, and Risk Reduction.
• Analysis of routines and people models.
• Coordination, pre-planning, and follow-up of new business.
• Management of staff activities.
• Ensure compliance with delivery and customer requirements.
• Validate and contribute to an excellent work environment in the department.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelors degree terminated
• +5 years of experience Methods Engineering
• English level intermediate - advanced
• MS Office
• PFMEA
