YOUR ROLE
In your daily job you will:
- Actively conduct operations area performance meetings.
- Ensure the execution of audits by the group leader.
- Monitor quality systems to eliminate red flags/customer complaints (LPA Audits).
- Participate in monitoring critical part numbers.
- Maintain scrap metrics within the target range consistent with sales.
- Manage operational and technical staff.
- Comply with performance metrics (category plan, winning shift).
- Participate in behind-the-scenes cost reduction projects.
- Responsible for compliance, according to their position, with the following requirements: EOS, internal policies, as well as compliance with the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Quality Standards, and meet specific client requirements.
- Must be willing to report and participate in timely investigations of incidents/accidents occurring within their area of responsibility, as well as assist in completing 8D reports and identifying and documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions according to their position.
- Supports the dissemination and promotion of the environmental system, as well as participates in the achievement of established objectives and goals based on company standards and ISO 14001. Participates in and supports the monitoring of the ergonomics program, including work breaks and the personnel rotation plan in operations, as applicable to their position. The head of each department communicates to EHS all relevant changes in their area of responsibility that could indirectly affect the safety, health, and environmental program.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fully bilingual
- +5 years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor
- Knowledge of Operations BOP (preferably printed)
- Ergonomics
- Quality BOP
- Production Planning
- Data Analysis
- MS Office Proficiency
- Budget Management
