YOUR ROLE

  • Translating business strategies into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring consistent
  • application and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with leaders to address HR-related needs and challenges within their business units, supporting them and employees through organizational changes and initiatives.
  • Driving key organizational health and employee engagement initiatives with business.
  • Managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and
  • providing guidance on performance management.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent
  • development within their assigned business units.
  • Drawing on HR data and KPI to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive improvements in HR practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards

YOUR BACKROUND

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • More than 3 years' experience in an HR Partner /HRBP.
  • English C1 level
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS, Workday is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Strategic Thinker.
  • Excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solver with excellent analytical skill
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
