Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including regular and variable payments (e.g., overtime, bonuses, allowances)
  • Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with statutory regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate payroll and HR records, including employee data, salary changes, and time & attendance information
  • Handle payroll-related tasks for onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements
  • Support the annual salary review process and generate reports for internal stakeholders and external audits
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to salary, taxes, insurance, and other payroll matters
  • Prepare and submit reports for social insurance, income tax, and other regulatory filings
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelines
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., payroll service providers, tax authorities) as needed

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, taxation, and social insurance regulations
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or HRIS is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
