YOUR ROLE:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Renault Group
• Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
• Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prospect new opportunity and drive pursuit to closure achieving booking target.
• Lead and establish firm quote offers to customers in a timely and competitive manner.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Minimum 5 to10 years experience in the automotive industry, ideally in technology tier 1 with strong track record in managing important accounts (Ideally Renault)
• Experience in ADAS, ECUs, Connectivity, Infotainment, User Experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer and result orientation
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with ability to manage complex data.
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization on an international scope
• Team management skills and ability to take challenges continuously.
