Major Accountabilities:

Utilize knowledge of manufacturing processes to assemble prototype hardware according to engineering specifications.

Perform electronic assembly tasks such as soldering, wiring, and component placement for prototype hardware.

Ensure proper handling and installation of electronic components to prevent damage during assembly.

Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in prototype assembly processes.

Build and assemble prototype hardware based on design drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Work with various materials, components, and tools to create functional prototypes for testing and evaluation.

Maintain and manage prototype assembly equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline prototype assembly processes.
