My Role: 
- Workday administration.
- Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Payroll data preparation.
- Personnel administration.
- Reporting - payroll and personnel data.
- Supervision of employee's personal files .
- Supervision of employee's liabilities and communication with debt collectors.
- Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance.
- Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.
- Participation in HR Projects.
- Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
- Conducting standard HR processes - onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- +3 years of experience in business operations, administrative, or HR Admin role. HR Domain, Systems, or Process Knowledge
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality
- Ability to leverage critical thinking to perform root cause analysis with a matrix of HR processes and technology
- Ability to support a virtual team, and exercise appropriate discretion in regards to confidential data
- Previous Workday experience a considerable advantage.
- Experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment a considerable advantage.
