HR Team Leader

My Role:

• Workday administration.
• Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider.
• Supervision of employee's personal files .
• Supervision of employee's liabilities and communication with debt collectors.
• Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance.
• Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.
• Participation in HR Projects.
• Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
• Conducting standard HR processes - onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.+
• Maintain communication with government and civil institutions, as well as with business and labor organizations.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation applicable to the area (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT).
• Create and implement plans to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.

My Background:

• Minimum of 5 years as an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner). Senior Human Resources Supervisor
• Experience leading work teams.
• English proficiency: 80%
