YOUR ROLE

As a HR Student on our team, you'll be at the heart of our people operations gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is your chance to explore the dynamic world of HR, support meaningful initiatives, and grow your skills in a collaborative, international environment where your ideas and energy truly matter.

In your daily job you will:

Support Recruitment in Wuppertal Plant

  • Screen resumes and applications
  • Schedule/support interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Support job posting management across platforms

Administrative Support

  • Create and send out reference letters
  • Filing and maintenance of personnel files
  • Support onboarding for new employees

General HR Support

  • Support HR events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help with special HR projects as needed

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
