As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success. You will be responsible for leading the HR team and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped with the necessary skills to drive our business forward.   • Customize and execute the global Talent Strategy and People Agenda for the site, ensuring alignment with local needs.
  • Partner with global and local business leaders to monitor staffing needs and oversee recruiting activities to secure top talent.
  • Lead Employee Relations and Labor Relations at the site level, fostering a positive work environment and managing conflicts effectively.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employment terms, talent development, and promoting a performance culture.
  • Support annual compensation and performance cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive local employee engagement and oversee company initiatives to elevate internal and external communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and enact policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with legal and ethical conduct.
  • Take responsibility for HR operational administration on site, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Your Background

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong people and business focus, understanding company's business model and direction
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Experience in an industrial/plant environment is desirable
