Position Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive human resources management for 750 employees. The teams you will be responsible for range from manufacturing, sales, purchasing, operations logistics, quality.

Your Role

  • Strategic function reporting to Plant Manager and dotted line to HR Director, working closely with HR Country Lead
  • Handling of the entire employee life cycle
  • Communication and negotiations with the local works council
  • Strategic personnel and budget planning
  • Salary changes and remuneration components
  • Performance appraisals and recognition
  • Training and personnel development measures in consultation with the regional Talent Development Team
  • Alignment, development and instruction of HR business processes in close cooperation with regional management and the local works council
  • Initiate and implement human resources policies in accordance with current legislation, group and country policies and in line with the overall strategy of the company
  • Coordination of the recruitment process with the regional Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Creation of reports, evaluation and analysis of HR KPI's
  • Development, coordination and implementation of restructuring measures
  • Supervision of the planning and control of the personnel budget for Szombathely
  • Coordination of the temp workers agencies
  • Employer Branding and Wellbeing activities

Your Background

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration / economics with focus on human resources and/or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the human resources sector; ideally in manufacturing and technology organization
  • Hands-on mentality and high service orientation
  • Very good command of English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with HR management system Workday desirable
